Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days

 

Orders are shipped as soon as they are finished and shipping is completed M-F.  All order and shipping information is updated via email and tracking numbers sent for all orders. Some items may ship separately.

*Due to covid 19 shipping times and production times may be extended. We will ensure to communicate any delays via email.  Not all products may not be available for overnight.

 

Damages

Arianna's Kloset is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.We will also endeavor to replace the item if necessary.
